About Us – Mō Mātou

Wāhine Support Centre – South Waikato & Matamata

Our Purpose – Tā Mātou Kaupapa

We support wāhine, tamariki, and whānau who are affected by family violence.

Together we will create pathways toward safety, healing, dignity, and strength.

Every person deserves to live free from violence and fear.

That belief drives every decision we make.

Our Story

For years, we’ve stood beside wāhine and whānau in the South Waikato and Matamata regions.

We know that leaving a violent relationship isn’t just hard, it can be dangerous. The fear is real. The barriers are high.

But so is your courage.

We don’t rush you or tell you what to do. We listen, walk beside you, and support your choices.

A violence free life is possible. You don’t have to create it alone.
